We’re renting out a private room in our nicely furnished 9th-floor apartment with a great view, located in a secure, gated complex. The room is spacious with plenty of storage and comes with its own large private bathroom, including a bath.
The apartment is set up to be comfortable and easy to live in, with a super comfy couch, fast internet, all the streaming services, and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a large balcony that’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The complex includes fantastic facilities such as a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna.
We’re only a short 400m walk to Harbour Town Shopping Centre, with plenty of shops, cafés, and public transport options nearby.
Couples are welcome — rent at a higher (but negotiable) rate.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with a relaxed, friendly couple. I (26M) work full-time as a bar and restaurant manager in Surfers Paradise. I’m big into the gym, especially bodybuilding, training, and meal prep, but I also enjoy a drink or a night out occasionally. My partner (20F) works as a disability support worker and loves being outdoors.
We keep the place clean, respectful, and easy-going, and are looking for a like-minded, working professional in a similar age range who’s happy in a calm, comfortable home.
