I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a shared apartment with two other lovely females in their mid 20s.
Our household is very social so we’re hoping to find someone fun, friendly and like-minded who fits the good-vibes energy of the home but also respectful of privacy/ downtime. The girls enjoy spending time with friends, arts & crafts, being outdoors and the occasional glass of wine with plenty of yap sessions.
Feeling comfortable in our home is really important to us so finding the right fit is a big priority. You’ll also need to be approved by the real estate as part of the lease transfer.
