Bonogin, Gold Coast

Hi there! My possible new house mates :)
Hoping you’re doing well!
I have a property in bonogin with multiple rooms for rent. My mother and I will be living in the property also. My mother turning 60 this year. And myself 31 male.
I’ve recently broken my arm at work, do I will be home for the next couple of weeks. But otherwise I’m normally out of the house by 5am Monday to Friday. And home from 4-5 pm Monday to Friday. I enjoy training/gym, I’ve purchased a cable machine gym which is located in the garage! Which I’m happy for you to use! There is also a large lap pool out the back of the property, which I and paid professionals will maintain.
Downstairs also there is a large area with a lounge that you’re welcome to use as is :) and a large downstairs fridge which you’re also welcome to use. Accompanied by a large chest freezer. To wrap up the downstairs there is a 5 car driveway alongside the house that you can use. Only one spot being used for my mums car.

Onto upstairs there is large area with a fireplace you’re welcome to set up how you desire.

A large kitchen with enough cabinetry to accommodate whatever you need. And ample bench space for your appliances( also happy for you to use ours :) )

Open plan with a lovely concrete dining table and boucle chairs to enjoy your meals.
There is also a large cinema/ lounge room. Which you’re welcome to join in whenever.

Finally to the rooms! Sorry 😅
I have 2 medium sized rooms with built in (mirrored) wardrobes.
One furnished with bed and bedside table & one empty. Also I do have a study without a built in, that can be discussed about. If needed!

To wrap it up, we’re a very relaxed, mature and clean family. Just looking for abit of help, with the cost of living at the minute golly!
