About the property
My waterfront duplex is unique and special because of the location - Pacific Fair is 2 mins drive away and 5 mins walk to bustop serving 3 bus routes - Pacific Fair, Robina, and Southport;
It enjoys privacy, water views, Duel Living - has two separate living areas -So we won't feel like we are on top of each other. ALSO, because I go away to Tasmania a lot, my flatmate would have the place to themself most of the time and that could be a real benefit if you like space to yourself some of the time.
The duplex has the usual, fully equipped small kitchen that two people can work in at the same time. We share a bathroom which is also a combined laundry. The undercover outside living area is also good for the soul. Your bedroom has a double bed with linen and blankets with built in wardrobe; a lamp desk and TV - or you can have it unfurnished.

About the flatmates
You would be sharing with only me and I am semi retired and travel a lot so my flatmate would have the duplex to themselves a lot of the time. I don't have parties but do have family and friends visit but everyone has to be out by 11 pm at night in fairness to my other housemate. My housemate can also have friends over but they will need to vacate by 11 pm at night when I am home.
I don't have the internet connected but NBN is available to the duplex and if the flatmate wants it, they can get it connected -
The location is magic and having two living areas will give us both space -
The gentleman who stayed here in November, initially told me what I wanted to hear until he moved in and then we disagreed about housework aND changing Linen Regularly - he thinks vacuuming is all you need to do to keep a place clean. Also he didnt think that sheets and pillow cases needed to be changed at least once a fortnight. I am not a neat freak but I believe that if you dust and regularly clean it does not need much to keep it clean - it takes 30 mins a week to do at a time convenient to you.
The lady before him, Vonney worked in Brisbane on the weekend had cancer and her treatment was changed where she now had to stay in Brisbane for her treatment twice a week - which made it a total of 4 nights in Brisbane and then only 3 nights on the gold coast didnt make sense to her. . She was perfect.
I want my housemate to be kind, responsible and when I am away, to look after our home is if it was thier own. Also water the garden to keep my plants alive - a 5 minute job.
