About the property
We’ve got an awesome house with a waterside alfresco area with a beautiful lounge, a pool, a spa, a sauna, a barbecue, gym equipment, ping-pong table, kayaks and a massage chair. The kitchen is super spacious, and the living room is huge with a billiard table. Everyone here is fit, eats healthy, and we all get along like family.
We’re in Broadbeach Waters, really close to the beach, Pacific Fair, and the Florida Garden tram station.
There is a car space available.
The house is always clean and organized. It’s not a party house, but we love having BBQs and occasionally inviting friends over

About the flatmates
Hey there!
The best thing about the house is definitely the flatmates—we're three guys and three girls, and we’re like a family! We organize lots of activities together, go to the beach, visit waterfalls, have BBQs, and take trips to Byron Bay or the Southern Beaches. At the same time, we respect each other’s space and are really supportive, especially since our families are far away.
We’re all into fitness and sports! I personally do a lot, including wakesurfing, tennis, gym, rollerblading, and biking.
It’s not a party house, but we love having BBQs and occasionally inviting friends over.
We're looking for someone who is super organized, clean, and respectful—someone who fits our lifestyle, enjoys doing things together, and wants to be part of our family.
