About the flatmates
1 guy, Australian ( works from home. Has dog food business ) and 8yr old Staffy. 2 Girls Australian work/study. We are looking for 1 working/studying girls (boys please respect the girls in the house, they don't want to share a bathroom with a boy) to rent 1 room in 4 bedroom home. We like to share with people from around the world. The 3 girls share 1 bathroom, separate toilet. The room has a new mattress protector and fresh sheets. Also a lock on door. Its a big house. Mates are always more than welcome. Bus stop 8 min walk. Surfaces Paradise 15 min bike ride. We all work different hours. From mornings to evenings. Minimum stay 6 months! I have asked real estate about another pet and they said no (bummer). Smoking outside only. Power, water, unlimited internet are all included in the rent. Inspections after 3pm most days.
