About the property

Available August 12
*bills included except electricity.

Spacious furnished house with a huge kitchen, walk in pantry, two ovens and a fridge big enough to share (with ice maker). Huge outdoor living area with a bbq and even an outdoor smart TV. There's a pontoon, but no boat/jetski sadly (if you have/want to get one, there's room), a pool with heating and ducted AC throughout the house. Built in high-tech security system. Wifi is fast and included in rent.

This room has a built in wardrobe and there's plenty of extra storage in the rest of the house. This bedroom comes with a bed and bedding, side tables and a fan. Shared bathroom has double basin, bathtub and 4 huge drawers for all to use.

You could definitely find somewhere suitable in the house or on the deck to set up your laptop and WFH, or plan your next adventure!

All bills included except electricity - but there’s solar panels 🥰

Sorrento is a beautiful area full of beautiful homes and people. Call this one yours!

About the flatmates

Hey there!
Jaimee, Cameron, Abbey and Sarah are looking for a new housemate!

Sarah lives in the self-contained granny flat, while you’ll be sharing this gorgeous 5 bedroom primary residence with Abbey, Cameron and Jaimee. All work full time and enjoy typical Gold Coast weekend activities.

Roc and I own the home and live between China and Australia. You’ll be sharing with us too approximately 30% of the time.

We’d look forward to some dinner, movie night, beers or aimlessly throwing a line in when we’re around mid-week and on weekends.
