Your bedroom (br 2 in the floor plan) has a sliding door wardrobe, large bathroom vanity unit, and house is super functional; laundry storage / cabinets etc are spacious.
(Br3 is my office, br1 across the floor is my bedroom)
There are also TWO living areas - one with a huge tv screen, that you are more than welcome to use as much as you'd like.
Bedroom itself will be unfurnished (negotiable).
All other furniture, electronics, kitchen equipment etc. in common areas are ready to be shared. Any questions please let me know! :)
