Hello future housemate
My husband and I are looking for someone to rent a very large bedroom and shared bathroom in our home in Bundall.
We are looking for someone who works full time but wants a safe and lovely home environment to retreat to.
My husband and I are not party people whatsoever and 9pm would be considered a late night for us haha.
We are easy going, friendly but also really appreciate our down time and see home as a little retreat from the days craziness!
We are big foodies, love taking our dog for walks, gym, beach and always up for a weekend game night (with early bed of course)
We are also christians and there is absolutely no requirement for you to be, however this is a big part of our life and you would just need to be ok with this!
We have one dog who is just the most beautiful boy and a real joy to be around. He is hypoallerginic and does not bark or cause any issues however he WILL fall in love with you as he is such a lover and loves meeting new people.
We are looking for someone who is extremely clean as we like a clean space but of course we want you to be comfortable and feel at home. We need someone respectful of our space and to just be conscious of eachother.
There will be no need for yard maintenance as we take care of this but we would love for you to keep your space clean and just well looked after!
