The house has a front yard, backyard, and a covered patio - plenty of space to relax or enjoy the sunshine. It’s on a quiet street with friendly neighbours.

Getting around is easy:
5–10 minutes to Surfers Paradise by car or bike
25-minute walk if you feel like stretching your legs

👥 Who You'll Live With:
You’ll be sharing this 3-bedroom home with myself and Andy. We’re easygoing and get along with all types of people. You’ll share the main bathroom with Andy - I have my own.

Those who value mutual respect among flatmates really enjoy being here. We are mindful of noise disturbing others who are resting, working or studying. While we’re not clean freaks, we all do our part to keep shared spaces tidy so everyone feels comfortable. This mindset has helped keep the house drama-free and harmonious.

Most people who live here stay a long time and only move out when they leave the Gold Coast or move somewhere with a partner. Irina is leaving to head back to her home country.

The landlord is chill - we’ve only had one inspection in all that time - and they keep the place well maintained.
