Perfect location! Room available in big house beside Aquis Park/Gold Coast Turf Club. Large, clean, property in quiet neighbourhood with lots of indoor and outdoor space - including poolhouse. Private saltwater pool and big backyard with bbq and entertaining area. 7 min drive to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach & Southport
Extra Large Room w/ queen bed and 3 built in closets. Desk included. Tons of space to add a small couch/TV as well. Room has its own split system AC installed.
Includes all bills - including ultra highspeed internet, electricity (within reason, just don’t blast the AC 24/7 :) ), and weekly cleaning for all common areas/bathrooms.
Flatmates are in our early 30's+, professional, clean and quiet (usually working). We keep the house quiet between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Would suit a professional working full time or a student. No smoking and no pets. Proof of income and references are required. Length of stay is flexible.
