unlimited NBN available You have a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. There is a A/C unit in the living area. The place is cool in Summer as there are a lot of trees with Koalas and possums and sugar gliders and heaps of birds.
Ill pay for the internet as it is unlimited just pay 50% share for electricity and any excess water usage (never happened before)

Another thing also is the room is fully furnished. Please don’t waste my time telling me that you have your own bed and your own furniture which you intend to use if that’s the case. Apply for an unfurnished room as I’m not dismantling and storing my belongings to suit your needs sorry if this sounds Harsh, but that’s the way it is
I have a teenage daughter who although she lives with mum at Palm Beach I have another room set up for her just in case she wants to stay the night. Which is very very rarely
