About the property
The property is located at the top of a hill (directly across from Stocklands in Burleigh) with a stunning view of the Gold Coast. We are surrounded by luscious greenery and I recently discovered there are walking tracks all over the hill! Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach, James Street and Tree Tops Plaza.
We have multiple, very large living spaces, as well as a decently sized kitchen. There's an outdoor/backyard area. The pool is shared with upstairs.
The room has a wardrobe, ceiling fan and an ensuite. Everyone has there own bathrooms :)
Rent is $375 a week for the room.
Which includes bills (gas, electricity, water) and wifi.
The property has loads of storage space and cupboards. Ideal for someone that has a car as public transport is a little tricky coming up and down the hill. The pictures aren't the best - message me to come and check the property out in person ☺️
There are currently two young girls in there now.. They are in there twenties. They are both working and fun easy going girls! Would suit someone similar age group, working or studying. See the information below about them. ☺️

You’ll be sharing this cozy home with two fun, easygoing gals! Katie (28) is a Registered Nurse that’s often painting, playing the piano, and exploring the great outdoors. Brooke (24) is a FIFO worker (two weeks away, one week back) and is all about shopping, whipping up delicious meals, and unwinding in her downtime.
We’re a friendly duo who enjoy sharing a meal, having a laugh, and catching up over a good chat. The house has a calm, homely vibe, and we take pride in keeping it cozy and clean. We’re looking for someone who’s keen to make this place their home too!
Oh, and bonus: an adorable, quiet fur baby Bazza 🐶 pops in for a cuddle about three nights a month. He’s guaranteed to steal your heart!
Tanya the owner has a separate entrance to upstairs and is just a text away if we need anything for the house.
