Being situated directly across the road from the beautiful Burleigh Beach makes my property very desirable. The famous Burleigh village, with its great restaurants, unique shops and popular parks, is only a short 5min stroll down the Esplanade. The BBQ and picnic areas of The Esplanade are right at your back door.
The Boardwalk building is a beautiful resort with a gym, pool and spa available for residents’ use with access straight out to the beach.
My unit is on the ground floor and has a large courtyard area, making it feel like a townhouse. You’ll have access to the main bathroom, which is only used by my guests when they visit. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry, and large outdoor area that I use too.
The main lounge area is for my use at night and your bedroom has a TV for your own use.
My beautiful dog Louis, an 8 year old miniature Labradoodle lives here too. He’s very friendly, loving and welcoming. He doesn’t drop hair so is hypoallergenic.
