✅ The apartment is very clean and big enough to feel like a large home. You’ll have your own private bathroom with shared spa, pool and sauna.
✅ The apartment offers an exclusive 25metre beach access, as well as short walk to Miami and Burleigh heads town centre along the esplanade.
✅ The apartment comes with fast unlimited NBN Wifi.
✅ Public transport - bus stop is at the front of apartment. (Soon a tram stop once completed)
✅ The room comes with queen size mattress and bed base.
✅The room also offers a ceiling fan and double glazed windows to keep the outside noise out.
As I’m very work orientated, there will be large amounts of time for your own free time and space.
I’m looking for a housemate who works full time and is clean and tidy.
