About the property
Our home is a bright, modern and spacious townhouse, with a clean, costal feel. The downstairs area is open plan, filled with natural light and perfect for shared living. All the bedrooms are tucked away on the upper levels for privacy and quiet. We are in such a great location: only a 10 minute walk to the beach, lose to plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to James street and the Saturday Farmers Markets. It’s one of those neighbourhoods where everything you need is genuinely within reach.
Parking is easy with two garage spaces available (previously have just done a weekly rotation), plus lots of on street parking if needed.
Upstairs, the main bathrooms is shared between the three second level bedrooms. It has two sinks, heaps of drawer and bench space, and a seperate toilet. The whole house has excellent storage throughout, and the kitchen is no exception, with plenty of cupboard and pantry space to share.
The home stays comfortable all year around with air conditioning downstairs and brand new ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Outside, we have a cute deck with Astro trim and a bit of lawn next to the outdoor clothesline and (indoor) laundry room.
The house itself is surprisingly spacious, and even with five girls under one roof, it never feels cramped. Everyone gets their our peaceful space, with bright shades areas that feel open and airy.

About the flatmates
Hey! I’m Hattie, and I’m currently living with three gorgeous girls who originally created this lovely, easy going, female sanctuary of a share house of 4 about 14 months ago. They’ve been amazing to live with over this time, but life is taking them on new adventures! One to Brisbane, one to Melbourne, and one to Sydney. So we’re now looking to welcome some new faces into the home.
When the lease renews on 21st February 2026, two new housemates will be joining. Toni, my girlfriend, who’ll be moving into the master bedroom with me, and Lauren, a wonderful, down to earth girl I met late last year who’ll be taking one of the second level rooms.
Both are super friendly, respectful, fun and enjoy similar vibes, morning walks, weekly ocean swims, fitness, a wine or two, and all supporting eachother as women usually and always do.
We’re hoping to find two like minded, kind and easy going girls to fill the remaining rooms to help create the next era of this share house. My biggest rule for a share house is that everyone feels it is a safe space and a sanctuary to come back to. This means keeping the shared spaces clean and calm, and also communicating to each other openly and respectfully. We are social and always down for a yap but also super respectful of downtime and privacy.
