Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast

Room available in a 2 bedroom house in Burleigh Heads. You’ll only be living with me and my super friendly cat!

The house is very secure with locked gates in a nice quiet street. It is walking distance to the beach and the main part of Burleigh. Nice and close to all of the restaurants, cafes and public transport.

The house is fully furnished. Please note the room doesn’t have the two single beds in it that are in the photo's (they belonged to the last couple that used to live in the house) I just added them in there so you can see the size of the room. There is currently the white queen size bed in the room which you will see in the next photo.

You would have the bathroom to yourself other than when I need to use the washing machine and when visitors occasionally need to use it as well. There is also a sliding door in your room that goes out to an under cover area outside.

I work from home in a separate studio which is attached to the house doing eyelash extensions. I’m only working a few days a week and never on the weekends so it’s super quiet around here.

I’m pretty quiet in general and I do love having a quiet home, especially during the week. Definitely not a party house. I also always keep it nice and clean so would like someone that is also into living in a tidy home.

I’m very independent and am super busy working on a new online business I’ve started, so it would be great if I could find someone that’s fairly independent too. In saying that I’m always happy to have a chat and the occasional dinner or a few glasses of wine sometimes.

Sorry I can’t have any more pets here as my cat doesn’t like other animals. She loves people though, so a bonus if you love cats too!

I could possibly extend the stay time for the right person if needed.
