This is a beautiful big house in Koala Park which backs on the Tallebudgera creek. It’s a very quiet area but also a very convenient location walking distance to the creek and beach. Parking is street parking.

You will be living with four others in their late 20s / early 30s, a couple and two singles. Everyone in the house enjoys staying fit and healthy, works full time so early mornings and nights during the week but enjoys a social drink on the weekends.
The room is fully furnished and has a queen bed. Bills are included in the rent.
