Hey Everyone,
My amazing housemate of 2 years is sadly moving out 🥹 so I am on the hunt for a new roomie. The place will be available sometime in early February.
The room available is the large main bedroom, you will have your own ensuite and walk in wardrobe with access out onto the balcony. You will also have your own secure basement carpark.
The apartment is right in the heart of Burleigh, a short walk to James St, and a 5ish minute walk to the beach. You really can’t beat the location!
The house is furnished, so all you need to bring is your bedroom furnishings and you’re good to go 😊
I’m looking for someone who is easy going and super clean and tidy that will also be respectful of my furniture and belongings. I enjoy being active and live a healthy lifestyle so would love to live with someone who also values this.
The rent is an even split of $475 each per week, and the internet and electricity bills are split evenly in addition to this.
You will also be required to go on the lease and will be subject to real estate approval.

About the flatmates
I’m 34 and have called Burleigh home for the last 5 years now. I absolutely love it.
I enjoy the outdoors, love the beach, cooking, travel and live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle. I am pretty quiet mid week and keep to a bit of a routine. I’m in bed early most nights and up early most mornings to hit the gym or beach before work, and on weekends I am usually out and about catching up with friends or exploring. I don’t mind the occasional night out, or a sneaky glass of red!
But
I’m a fun loving and friendly person and you will find me to be a clean, tidy and respectful housemate. I'm always down for a friendly chat, beach hangs, pub feed etc but will also respect your need for personal space and quiet time as I also need mine to recharge 😊
