Currently looking to rent my private room whilst I visit South America for 3.5 weeks.
The apartment is right next to James St in Burleigh Heads, 2 minutes from the beach and has a balcony, 2 bathrooms and undercover parking. The other tenants have an en suite so the bathroom is your own.
Bills are included and I would also like to take a bond which I will return once I am home.
Please note that the furniture in the photos will be a little different as I am in the middle of refurnishing! But will be a similar style 🙂
The house is awesome and in a perfect location for someone visiting short term and enjoys the beach. Receives heaps of natural light and has a nice balcony to chill on.
We would like someone who is going to take care of the house as we would. And will respect each others space 🙂
