Currently looking to fill a space on a lease in a beautiful apartment near James street in Burleigh. You would have a large built in wardrobe, and an on suite (private bathroom). Ideally I would like a couple to move in just to make financials easier but also open to a single person if they are willing to pay 500
Bills are not included, the place is currently unfurnished as the old tenants owned most but it can be fully furnished by the move in date unless you have furniture you would like to bring! Just message me. My style is the same so you can expect the place to look very similar
It has off street private parking enough for two cars (I don’t have a car) and can also be used for storage.
Currently just myself going on property just lease and I need someone else - please note that you would need to pass reference and financial checks, let me know if you’re interested!
