In a great location! 5 min bike ride to Burleigh Beach or about a 20 min walk. It’s close to the paddock bakery, the precinct and many bars and restaurants (James street is about a 5 min drive away).
It’s a 2 storey townhouse in a beautiful street in Burleigh waters, the room isn't furnished, is 3.9m x 2.7m in size with built in wardrobes, new aircon and bills aren’t included in the rent. There is garage parking/storage available.
The building is double brick with concrete flooring (which makes it very quiet). The complex is mainly full of mainly cute elderly people and there is access to the canal from the property too.
There is only 1 other person living at the here (me) and my dog Peaches 🐕🍑
