I’m subleasing my room in this lovely house for the 8/02 to the 2/03 while I’m travelling overseas!
It’s a beautiful location about a minute walk to Burleigh Beach, 5 minutes walk to Miami One, and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Nectar Cafe! We are also right next to the Gold Coast Highway for easy access to a bus stop if needed.
We have a covered carpark you can always use!
The house is clean and tidy, with two floors and a nice balcony on the second floor.
I could really not love this house more than I do🩵

About the flatmates
You will be sharing it with Julia and Ryan. Our beloved Julia is a Brazilian girl that came here to travel and work, she loves to go to the gym and enjoy the beach with friends, always down for a chat and lots of giggles. Ryan is australian and loves doing his work on marketing, going on beach walks and surfing out the front. They are not a couple. We value privacy and are respectful of each others space but also love to have a good family dinner whenever we are all home!
