About the flatmates
Older family lived here 20 years. Tracie (f 63) is a real estate agent and Steve (m 62) is an independently contracted tradie. Chris (f 58) is a school administrator, and their son James (m 28) is studying engineering working at Repco. Shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living dining area. Room comes with pool access and deck/balcony. Perfect for students with lots of privacy for studying and current occupants working varying hours. Own entry/exit however you are of course able to use front doors whenever you please. Comes with your own fridge, does not need to stay in your room and can be moved to kitchen area if you like. If you are in need of furniture we can furnish your room with a spare bed etc. Long or short term occupants considered so backpackers please feel free to apply as well. :)
