Move in date 18th April. Lease ends July (so about 3 months). If all goes well, happy to resign the lease with you. House in Burleigh waters on Christine avenue. Fully furnished house with yard and undercover patio out the back - you will need to setup your own room of course. I have a friendly and well behaved 8 month old border collie. There are 2 rooms available with shared bathroom for $300 each. Or 1 room available for $450 split with myself with your own bathroom, then we would have a small spare room. If a couple, it would be $600 between you and you get the master room with ensuite. It is an older style house but great location and great price for the area

About the flatmates
I am a full time dietitian and work mostly out of the lounge room during the day, and I am a private chef sometimes on weekends. I train at the gym most days, like to run and swim laps, and play golf with my mates on weekends. Not looking for a party house, I do like a drink but I don’t usually drink often.
