Hi, I'm a friendly, easy-going and tidy 40 plus year old female with a good sense of humour, looking for a couple or single to share my modern terrace apartment. I'm into health and fitness and spend my free time surfing or outdoors. I also enjoy cooking and a social drink, but my partying days are over as I have a small business, so I'm looking for others who prefer a more low-key lifestyle too. You will have the apartment to yourself most days and 2 or 3 nights a week as I have a lot of personal and business commitments.

I own the apartment and would like to share with others who will care for it as their own and keep it clean and well maintained. I'm looking for flatmates with a stable, full-time or part-time income, a student or a relaxed, friendly couple and no pets unfortunately.

My apartment is fully furnished and the bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, mirrored wardrobe with drawers and hanging space and a tallboy, as well as a side tables and lamps. You also have your own bathroom. There's a sunny outdoor terrace area with a veggie garden that's lovely to sit and have breakfast or a tea or coffee, as well as a quiet drink or dinner in spring or summer.

It's very comfortable, centrally located, and in a prime location in Burleigh Waters, 5 minutes from the beach, next to a shopping centre and close to Bunnings, a local Tavern and several restaurants, as well as all major arterials, if you have to travel north or south.

The rent is $395 plus $45 for utilities for a single or $570 plus $70 utilities for a couple, internet and Netflix is included. *Cash payment only. My property is available from Monday the 16th of February 2026.
