The room is Xlarge allowing for bed furniture and a separate sitting area with a view over the lake. The room is currently unfurnished.
The rest of the house is furnished.
There are 2 friendly dogs already at the property so we are not in need of any more pets.
Outdoor areas have been recently renovated and have furniture and a newly planted garden so do not need any more outdoor furniture or pot plants.

Hi - we are looking for a like minded person to share our house that is centrally located near James Street and the beach.
We are friendly and easy going and enjoy being social while respecting space and privacy. We all work and have busy lives - so we are a respectful of each others schedules.
We enjoy a tidy and clean home so we have a cleaner each week to keep bathrooms, kitchen and house clean - 4 flatmates pay $30 each.
