About the property
We’re looking for a new housemate in our house in Burleigh waters! Ideally looking for a guy in their 20’s or 30’s.
We have a backyard pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The house is spacious with a lounge room, study, dining room, and a big open living area.
For parking there is plenty of street parking, and we also have a shed for some extra storage as well as the garage.
Outside, we have a large back patio and a pool. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and we're fortunate to be close to both the beach and shops.

About the flatmates
Current housemates are three males (32, 30 and 24) and Lenny, our Labradoodle. All working full time.
At home, we like to kick back and relax, whether it's watching TV or just chilling by the pool having a beer. We've got busy lives, but we try to make time to hang out together and have a good time from time to time.
We'd love to find someone who can become a friend, but if you prefer to keep to yourself, that's cool too – we respect everyone's personal space. We’re looking for someone who is clean, easy to get along with, quiet, respectful and motivated. Ideally another full time professional preferred, but very happy to consider any situation!
