Our property is in a premium location only a short stroll from Burleigh beach (500mts, 5 minute walk )popular cafes, bars and restaurants ( the paddock bakery, pretty handsome, precinct brewery, light years). Coles and Aldi are a short walk away as well. Universities are a 5-10 minute bike ride. Major bus routes are conveniently located providing easy access to surfers paradise, broad beach, Robina, palm beach, Coolangatta or to varsity lakes train station.
Our house is very spacious with 3 large living areas so you don’t feel like your living in top of each other, 3 bathrooms, modern kitchen, swimming pool, outside pergolas, generous backyard, street parking.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed, it has timber floor coverings, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. It gets lovely sun and is bright and airy.
The room is upstairs, there is also a lounge room off the bedroom and another bedroom (occupied by another flatmate) and a shared bathroom sharing with 1 person.

About the flatmates
We are a couple who travel on and off throughout the year so aren’t at the property a whole lot, our 27 year old daughter, boyfriend, 18 year old son and 2 dachshunds puppies live in the house, we would love to welcome a flatmate or 2. We have hosted international high school students for many years as well and enjoy meeting new people from all over the globe.
We have one room available atm the other rooms are tenanted already with lovely tenants, a young couple from uk,(34 & 32) and an 25 yr old Australian guy(upstairs), 23 yr old Girl from Manchester.
We are looking for flatmates who are neat and tidy, just like us. We are friendly and don't like wild parties. We are an early rising family, who enjoy walks on the beach, surfing, skateboarding, movies and travelling.
