Burleigh Waters, Gold Coast

I am looking for a suitable couple, or single to share my rental in Burleigh Waters on a canal and in a fantastic central location available in late January. You will be sharing with myself (38 year old single Dad) and my 7 year old son, Ocean who is a very outgoing and personable little man, full of character and a guarantee to get along with and will bring a great dynamic to the house. He's not your typical 7 year old that's for sure. We love anything outdoors and on the water and are always out on my boat spearfishing, fishing, surfing, travelling, camping, boating and playing sports etc.
I also work FIFO 1 month on 1 month off so you will have the entire place to yourself for well over half of the year (Ocean goes to his Mums). Even when I'm home I'm either away travelling or out doing things and making up for the time I'm home so the house will often be vacant. Im reallistacally only home 30- 40% of the time.
I am offering up the Master bedroom and ensuite because I am away so often.
I am looking for a couple, preferably in a similar (ish) age bracket who are relatively social and outgoing, enjoy a good laugh and banter and will enjoy a few sundowners on the balcony. 600/ week for a couple.
Any singles looking to enquire the rent would be 500/ week and still with the larger room. It would be a perfect setup for another FIFO worker but definitely not essential.
