🏡 About the House (rooms available after the 9th of march 2026)
This is a fully furnished 3-bedroom home in Burleigh Waters (87 Christine Ave), with the exception of the two available rooms, which are left unfurnished so you can arrange them however you like, one larger bedroom without a wardrobe and a smaller bedroom with a wardrobe, which together make a really functional setup. The rent is $400 a week (all bills / electricity, water and wifi) , and you’re free to set up and use the space to suit your lifestyle (2x rooms are included in the rent - you get both the spare rooms). The home has one bathroom and one toilet, so the bathroom space will be shared with myself. We also have a large, spacious yard — while I’d prefer someone without a dog, I’d be open to a small dog that gets along with my cat, who is very sweet and mostly keeps to herself. Overall, it’s a cozy, welcoming house set up for comfortable long-term living, and I’m ideally looking for someone wanting a long-term rental.

Included - Water/Electricity/Wifi

Lawn care – Mower and whipper snipper at residence, or we can arrange a regular mowing man (cost shared between housemates).
Cleaner if we both want one – $100/fortnight (shared), covering bathroom, kitchen, mopping, toilet, and bigger cleaning tasks for convienience. This means we just handle our own personal tidying like dishes and laundry.
Shared household items – things like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry wash, and cleaning sprays can also be split evenly between us. To keep it hassle-free, I’m happy to add these to a Coles online shop and have them delivered straight to the property, so no one has to worry about overbuying or running out.
