This is a 3-bedroom house, but only two bedrooms will be rented on a permanent basis.

I am looking for a tidy, clean, and friendly person who will take care of the house and garden. I have a gardener who maintains the lawn. You will be sharing house with Italian girl, who works in a hospitality business and a beauty salon.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen appliances, a washing machine, and a TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and a microwave. We prefer that you do not bring additional furniture into the house.

The house is located within a short distance of North Burleigh Beach, just a 5-minute drive to Stockland Shopping Centre, and 5 minutes from Bond University. It’s within walking distance to tennis courts, a library, local convenience stores, and cafes.

Additional expenses will include electricity, water bills, and internet. There is a fast NBN internet connection available. A bond of 4 weeks' rent is required.

I am seeking a tenant who is respectful of my living space, leads a healthy lifestyle, and is definitely not a smoker or drinker.
