About the property
My home is a unit on the water, a short walk to the beach and with quick access to a bus route.
The available room is on the first floor and is generously sized. It has plenty of robe space and its own ensuite which has a shower over the bath, making it a nice, private space.
It is furnished with a queen bed, a table and chair and a bedside table. There is also a standing mirror in it as there are none on the robe doors.
It's in a quiet complex. There are visitors parking bays which you can use when available but otherwise there is parking in the street.
I'd consider renting this room to a couple for the right people, in which case the rent would increase to $500/week incl bills.
