About the property
Our home is an older, well-loved sharehouse that has been enjoyed for many years. It’s in a fantastic Burleigh Waters location — just a short walk to Paddock Bakery and around a 12-minute walk to North Burleigh Surf Club.
One bedroom will be available and needs to be filled by 5 February. This is a four-bedroom home with a total of three housemates once filled. There is also a spare room that we all share, along with a garage available for shared storage and general use. You’ll have your own private bedroom and shared bathroom with one other person
The house features a pool for everyone to enjoy, and as we’re located at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is plenty of easy off-street parking. Overall, it’s a relaxed and comfortable home in a great location.
All household bills (including Wi-Fi, electricity, and water) are split evenly. There is an expectation that everyone contributes to shared household cleaning and lawn maintenance.

About the flatmates
You will be living with two females in their 30s who both work full time and enjoy a peaceful, comfortable home. We love a catch-up and a chat, but we are definitely not a party household.
We keep the home running smoothly by sharing all household responsibilities — including cleaning, contributing to shared essentials, and mowing the lawn — and we’re looking for someone who is also happy to contribute to household chores to help maintain a clean and welcoming space.
