Hi, 👋 my name's Cathryn (Cathy).
I own the house . The flatmate's are a construction main roads worker male 45 years old. A male 28 years old construction worker, and myself I'm happily retired and I looks after the bathroom and kitchen garden ect areas.
Everyone just does their own thing, and works or enjoys the gym or garden pool and beach. We also have a 5 year old collie dog.
We would welcome a fun, clean, good character type of person, who respects others. And they will get that respect back in return. There is a desk in the room for study and also a smart TV.
