About the property
Looking for someone to join our peaceful, clean, and well-kept home — perfect if you want a calm place to unwind after a busy day. The house is bright and comfortable with a cosy living area, functional kitchen (feel free to use), and a relaxed vibe throughout.
The room comes with a mattress (you can bring your own bed frame if you like), a full glass wardrobe, side table, and lamp. You’ll also enjoy access to a communal swimming pool with stunning views of the Gold Coast skyline.
We’re not a party house — just a friendly, respectful space where you can do your own thing but still have a chat or movie night now and then.

Hi! I’m Shrey, the owner of the house. I live here with my cousin, who works double shifts and is usually only home in the mornings to sleep, and my sweet cavoodle — she’s well-trained, loves cuddles, and is super chill.
I WFH full-time and keep an active but laid-back lifestyle. I like keeping the home clean, calm, and comfortable. Outside of work, I’m often at the gym, out with friends, walking my dog, or relaxing with a movie or music.
I’m respectful of personal space but happy to chat or hang out now and then. If you’re clean, considerate, and looking for a peaceful, friendly place to call home, we’ll get along great.
