We are looking for a couple ($450) or single ($400) to move into our downstairs semi granny flat room.
It has its own entrance and backyard with fire pit. You can keep big brown cupboard or we can take to the tip before you move in.
You have access to the main house via stairs and will be able to use the kitchen, lounge room and outside entertaining and pool area.
Your stay will be for 3 months (until 6th April) in which then you’ll have the potential to renew lease for 12 months.
Ps. Drive way is steep so must be okay to walk bins down once every few weeks and car that can drive up and reverse (otherwise you’ll be hiking everyday - helllllo glutes).

About the flatmates
Two live upstairs: M(30) and F(31). Both in their own professions and leave for work around 6am. We also have a bird and cat so if you have a pet this will be a consideration so not to disrupt the peace.
We are all friends and have arvo drinks in the sun around the pool in summer or watch movies on the couch or have board game nights.
You can join or retreat to your own space downstairs.
My partner and I are sad to be leaving but we are moving away for a job opportunity.
