About the property
The property is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a pool, 2 space garage and beautiful Clear Island Lake views. We have a cosy, clean and comfortable house, and think it is a perfect layout to share.
The house is a 10-15 minute drive from mermaid beach, 10 minute drive from pacific fair and robina town centre, and 5 minute drive from Q centre.
The room is unfurnished with an inbuilt desk and wardrobe, garden views and a bathroom and toilet which will be used by only you 90% of the time, with the exception of when we have guests come to stay a few times a year.
The room is advertised at $300 with bills included. I’d love to have a flatmate who can help with keeping the house tidy, and walking/feeding the dogs occasionally when I’m working.
About you:
An animal lover is first and foremost the most important quality to me, as my fur babies love attention and cuddles, and love to hang out with humans (particularly the little one). Someone who is clean and tidy, respectful and kind is also really important to me. No parties (more than 6 people over), however happy for you to have friends over.
Open to flatmates with pets, would need to do a meet and greet with my dogs first however.

Hi there! My name is Imogen and I’m a 25 year old female who would describe myself as friendly, respectful and tidy. I am a registered nurse at GCUH and do shift work, and love going for walks, catching up with friends and going to the gym/beach in my spare time. I have two beautiful little fur babies (pictured), named Alfie (small one) and Keira (big one). My partner Ben also lives here but will be moving to the UK at the start of March.
