This is a bedroom with bathroom in a three bedroom house an half bathroom, this house is in a gated community. There is a small back yard where I keep my herb garden/washing line :)
The complex has security on site, a sauna, pool, magnesium pool, spa, gym and BBQs.

You’ll be living with only myself and my dog Finn who’s a cuddly boy once you get to know him.

I’m looking for either a couple or a single person, room can be either furnished or unfurnished for you.
Couples price ($500)
Singles price ($400)

(Please note this is my roommates furniture but similar will be used if you wish for room to be furnished)

What I’m looking for, someone who is super friendly and good with dogs. Who is down for a chat and hanging out but also appreciates their own personal space. someone who is clean and tidy, I Value a clean and tidy space and am looking for someone who is able to clean up after themselves.
This is not a party or smokers house, but is a chill space with a nice vibe to call home
