Hey there!

You will be sharing the house just with me, so I am looking for someone who values the importance of living in a non-overcrowded house. I am an engineer working full-time, and my ideal flatmate is a professional who is also working full-time and is quiet, respectful, tidy and extremely clean.

I have a very active lifestyle, and I enjoy having quiet nights to reset for the next day. I am an early riser, so I prefer silence and quietness at night. This is definitely not a party house. I am also a musician and I often play piano and guitar in the living room in the afternoons.

Although I enjoy my own space, I do value the human connection when sharing a home.

The house is only 600m from Kirra beach, making it a perfect location for beach lovers and those who enjoy living in a laid-back neighbourhood. It is located in a quiet residential complex with 2 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts that you can enjoy anytime.

The property is located close to Coolangatta airport (but away from the flight path), The Strand, supermarkets, Southern Cross University, restaurants, cafes, gyms and bus stops. You will only need a push bike to move around the area.

Limited on-street parking is available inside the complex.
