We have an unfurnished bedroom available in our spacious three bed, 2 bathroom on the upper level of the house in Coolangatta. Looking for another relaxed like minded looking for a short term stay.
With the beach visible from the balcony, it’s only a few minutes walk to Kirra and Coolangatta beach. Super close to all the shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes.
Unfortunately, we can’t have any couples or pets. There is on street parking.
There is air con in the house and fans in all the bedrooms so it keeps quite cool. We have an epic balcony that looks towards Kirra beach that gets heaps of sunshine throughout the day!
Bills aren’t include in the rent. There isn’t much storage space outside of the bedroom so if you are packing light that is ideal!

About the flatmates
It’s a very chilled and respectful home. We have 3 tenants downstairs (3x girls in 20’s) that live completely seperate but also share the big property with and must be mindful off. My roommates (1 35 yrs old I’ve known for years and good friends and love to surf, cook and hang down at the beach!) It’s more of a home than just somewhere to leave your stuff.
About you: Clean and respectful. (Female preferably). Morning person as we all are definitely not up late.
This is a NON PARTY HOUSE!!! So if you want to bring all your mates over and drink all the time this is definitely not the place for you.
