Large multi level townhouse only minutes walk to Kirra Beach and everything Kirra has to offer. The airport is only a 3 minute drive and Coolangatta and its stunning beaches are just over the hill.

You will have your own room with your own modern ensuite. The room is on the top level and is nice and private.
The room is fully furnished with a queen bed and bedside table, desk, chair and a built in wardrobe too. The room captures sea breezes and also has a ceiling fan.

The bedroom size is 3.2m x 3.5m plus ensuite with on street parking.
The bills are $46 pw and includes water, electricity, unlimited NBN internet and a fortnightly cleaner.

The home is fully furnished with aircon and all the things you may need such as 2 fridges, dishwasher, appliances, smoothie maker, washing machine, dryer, crockery etc.

Your flatmates are two chilled females, we’re into surfing, Gym, hiking, nature, health, yoga, meditation and walks on the beach. We also have a beautiful toy cavalier spaniel.
We are both professionals, Full time working and a mix of WFH and in the office.

We’re all active and enjoy a healthy lifestyle, good food, with a homely vibe with uplifting energy. We’re not big drinkers, however, we enjoy a cup of cacao or coffee in the morning to start the day. We keep a clean space and like things to always look neat and tidy.

Our ideal flatmate is preferably a female professional/trades person, FIFO or student who loves dogs and who does not work from home 5 days a week and who is looking for a home for at least 4-6 months minimum.
You MUST be a non smoker, clean and tidy and respectful of others you live with, their space and their things.
We believe in effective communication, maturity and being a genuinely good human to nurture a nice home dynamic.
We made a conscious decision not to own a TV, so if you’re a TV couch potato, this is probably not the house for you.

We’re NOT a party house and not looking for someone who wants to entertain with loads of friends over or multiple tinder dates, we’re a chilled house with a chilled vibe, and looking for someone who is chilled, doesn’t mind a cuppa, a drink, a chat or occasional meal or dinner out at a restaurant, but also someone who has their own life too.
