The property is in an awesome location next to a nice coffee shop and walking distance to supermarkets and Cooly main street.

You’ll share the place just with me and have the main bathroom for yourself since I have my own.

I’m a super tidy, friendly, easygoing housemate and I’m looking for someone same way.

Smoke free/Drugs free/Not a party house, but I’m social and like to have friends once in a while for lunch or dinner.

I normally wake up earlier to work and after I’m always keen for a surf session, gym or just stay chill watching the sunset at the beach.

During the weekend I try to explore different places and do something new to get out of the routine.
