The bed offered ;(room 2) in the SHARED ROOM is a Queen bed ($275.00 ).( available from 23rd February)) The room has an air conditioner and fan.. there’s an Air conditioning unit in the lounge room . please contact us for more detailed photos.. The unit is a top floor unit and is very sunny and fully furnished . There’s public transport, beaches, and shopping centres , all within a short stroll.. The Southern Cross University (SCU) is about 7 -10 minutes by bus.. Bond university is about 20-25 minutes drive by car .. It’s a very quite complex and there’s a garage to secure a bike or surfboard if you have any . Foxtel, Netflix & Prime Video are included .. We have a regular housekeeper coming in to clean the unit and keep everything nice n tidy.. So we’re looking for a nice and tidy housemate who is clean and respectful..
An earlier move in date, ( if required) may be possible for the right housemate ..
