The bed offered ;(room 2) in the share room is a Queen ($275.00 ).( available from 25th February)) The room has an air conditioner and fan in the room , as well as the lounge room . please contact us for more detailed photos.. The unit is a top floor unit and is very sunny and fully furnished . There’s public transport, beaches, and shopping centres , all within a short stroll..It’s a very quite complex and there’s a garage to secure a bike or surfboard if you have any . Foxtel, Netflix & Prime Video are included .. We have a regular housekeeper coming in to clean the unit and keep everything nice n tidy.. So we’re looking for a nice and tidy housemate who is clean and respectful..
An earlier move in date, ( if required) may be possible for the right housemate ..

Also if you like to cook , all you need is available in the kitchen . you’ll be sharing with 1 male ( owner) and 2 females.. There’s a smart TV available.
