Unit is located only a few minutes walk to beautiful Kirra Beach, public transport and local trendy cafes and restaurants.
10 minutes walk to Southern Cross University. Would suit uni students or anyone who loves living close to the beach and everything Kirra and Cooly has to offer.
Minimum 6 months stay and 4 weeks notice required when moving out.
