About the flatmates
You’ll be living with four easy going but hardworking housemates. I’m Tamara (23) and I work from home, so the house is generally quiet during the day although we do hope the new tenant will be working full time. My partner Jacob (24) is a site foreman and is out for work most days. We also live with Riddick (24), a plumber, and his brother Kade (23), who works as an Electrician both are out of the house five days a week.
We’re all very clean, respectful tenants and take pride in keeping the house tidy. Cleanliness is important to us, and we expect shared spaces and belongings to be treated with care. This is a home where everyone pulls their weight.
We’re also a social household and enjoy spending time together, so we’d love to live with someone who’s open to being friendly and part of the household rather than just sharing a space.
You will have a shared bathroom downstairs.
In the future, there will be a dog in the home, so the new housemate must be comfortable with pets.
