Large home in Currumbin, downstairs has private bedroom (flatmates room) with private access downstairs, private bathroom (that’s occasionally used by others but not often) lounge area, kitchenette and huge deck.
I would prefer housemate to remain in downstairs area; only coming up stairs to use laundry that’s located at top of stairs.
Kitchenette has small bar fridge, sink, kettle, cutlery/crockery and air fryer.
Lounge area is semi communal and used occasionally, I come downstairs to use my office.
