About the flatmates
I have a 2 story house on the hill, in a quiet area in Elanora.
I live downstairs (self contained) and rent out the 3 bdrms upstairs.
The upstairs area is the main part of the house, kitchen/ bdrms/ bthrms/ lounge. Deck off the front (upstairs) and backyard.
I work away alot, but I am still developing the backyard and outside spaces (have an outdoor kitchen and pool area that are still being created - no pool yet).
The main bedroom is available. It has a king bed, ensuite, large cupboard, air con, ceiling fan and a sml TV.
It would suit a single female who is looking for a comfortable, independent (ensuite) space. There are two females (early 20's) in the other two rooms.
If you have a bed or furniture that you want to bring, we can arrange it.
The house is furnished - it comes with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and some kitchen utensils, couch (not the one shown in pics), washing machine/ dryer etc.
Again, if you have some of the stuff mentioned above that you want to bring, we can definitely figure that out.
The front door is on the lower level and we will share access, there is also access to the upper level on the side of the house.
There is only on street parking and the house is positioned at the end of a double cul de sac st.
There is a bus stop at the bottom of the street. And the main bus terminal (get you to either end of the coast) is at the Pines shopping centre (1klm away).
When I'm not at work, I am usually working on the outdoor spaces (yard/ outdoor kitchen/ pool area) of the home. Working as much as I do, I also like to be able to come home and relax. So definitely not looking for a social butterfly that likes to entertain. I'd prefer someone (like me), that goes out to socialise. As long as we can all be respectful of each other's space, work schedule and time spent at home.
I'm a very approachable and genuine person, I'd like to be able to interact with you comfortably. However I am highly respectful of each of us having our own space.
