Bright and airy home on the water, with pool, lake access and even a little beach! We love living here, and we hope you will too.
We take pride in our space and treat our home as a sanctuary to relax in and enjoy.
The house is big and spread out, with the bedrooms well separated from the living end of the house.
The room available is a double sized room, although still fits a queen bed and drawers, with a built in wardrobe, a window overlooking the front garden. You share the large main bathroom with 1 other person.
Furnishings I can provide for the room if needed are a single bed and a bedside table.
The house is a short walk from The Pines shopping centre which has three supermarkets and a range of other shops, with major bus routes departing from there. The beach is only 1.5km away. Close to all of the beautiful beaches and world famous surf breaks the Southern Gold Coast has to offer.

Hello, I'm Laura!
I'm a kiwi who has called Australia home for over 12 years, with 10 years in Melbourne before moving to the beautiful Gold Coast early 2022. I run my own Virtual Assistant business from home.
I love living an active lifestyle - surf (baby waves only!), head out for bike rides, gym, tennis, get outside or to the beach at any opportunity. I'm an avid reader and love sunbaking around the pool with a good book.
I take pride in my home and like to keep the space clean, tidy and drama-free.
I'm looking for a kind and considerate housemate who shares a similar lifestyle and values. I'd love to socialise together when we're feeling like it, but also respect the need for privacy and quiet time. Having good energy in the space is super important to me!
Our other housemate is the lovely Megan, who is 28 and originally from the UK. Megan is kind, friendly and considerate, a book worm and is really into health and fitness.
We enjoy a beautiful friendly vibe in the house, and will enjoy watching a show together from time to time or chatting around the pool, as well as enjoying some alone time.
