About the property
Light filled, spacious, spectacular views, close to the beach (10 mins) and shopping centre (4mins), peaceful cul-de-sac, designer furniture in shared areas (still setting up), salt water pool, bee hive with too much honey!
We are offering to share our home and asking that all expenses are divided equally, this breakdown would work out to be:
Single person $450 / pw
Couples $700 / pw
No pets allowed within our lease, sorry!
Electricity and internet are not included and will be split equally.
There is solar so we aren't expecting a big power bill.
Parking is on street and we have a pretty steep 30m driveway to walk up.

About the flatmates
A couple of yogi's looking to share our new home in Elanora with a likeminded individual or a couple. Dan (36 years old) and Faith (31 years old) enjoy walking a path of self development in life, following a healthy lifestyle. . We love a good chat and being active during the day but we also enjoy our quiet peace in the mornings and nights.
Dan works from home full-time, so someone who is not in the same working-shoe will be prioritised.
