Big room in a just renovated townhouse. New bed and mattress. Freshly painted walls and new floor. Renovated bathroom.
It has two balconies to the national park that i can only hear birds. It has an amazing view of the sunrise.
4 mins from shops and 8 from currumbin beach.
Parking is inside the complex, right across from the house.
Pay 395 plus Bills (electricity and water) shared.
Or pay 440AUD with bills included. (Water here is quite expensive)

I am a 42yo Engineer, from Spain, woman. I work from home that is why I look for someone that works, preferably, full time not from home (this is a must).
I don’t smoke, no drugs and i do a lot of activities out of the house (scuba diving, Olympic weightlifting, dancing…).
I don’t go out partying at night.
I am a happy person and i also need my space so don’t worry if you also need yours.
The room is big so you can choose when to socialise.
I wake up early and go to bed also early (not super early tho).
I like to have my house clean and maintaining good energy.
